Ugh they ALL tempt me. And I occasionally give in. When I do, I just try to keep it at small portions. BUT I am getting better at controlling what I eat, so some tips:
30 day fitblr challenge day 25: How many hours do you get per day, on average?
I got too bed usually around 12ish, and wake up about 8ish, so about eight hours.

Mostly just being able to see the things I’ve been able to accomplish. But my journey is far from over, so there aren’t really any other big moments. Maybe I’ll update this when there are ;)

I do want to get a tattoo when I reach my UGW and have money. But If I really want to do something, I don’t believe in putting it off just because of my weight.
