Okay. So I have been eating a ton of junk lately. And it’s all been making me feel like crap, but my fat girl instincts of “see food must eat” have been kicked into over drive. And you just get pulled into a cycle of depression because the food will bring you happiness for approximately five seconds before you feel horrible again and want more food.
But no more.
The bright side is I have been continuing to work out. Only I was never as strong in them or lasted as long because when you eat shit you feel like shit and get slowed down.
But today is a new and better day. I can feel it :)
Of course I still feel gross if I get sweaty in the day-to-day non-workout moments, but that’s to be expected, I think :D
So how is it that I’ve only been on once in the past few days and yet I’ve managed to gain a few followers? You tumblr people can be so silly.
BUT anyway, my internet was down, and is still kinda down, at least the wifi is so I cant use my beautiful laptop.
And I haven’t been the greatest fitblr ever, but now that I have the wonderful community back for support and motivation so I WILL get back on track. And I’ll be leaving for school soon so I will have control of what food comes into my home and it WILL be clean.
There has been one truimph. I went into a convenient store hungrey (which we all know is the worst possible thing you could do) with plenty of money and didn’t buy any junk. I walked up and the candy and chip and cookie isles thinking I needed some kinda treat, but I realized I didn’t actually need/want any of it. I went home and had watermelon. So much better .)

Ugh they ALL tempt me. And I occasionally give in. When I do, I just try to keep it at small portions. BUT I am getting better at controlling what I eat, so some tips:

Mostly just being able to see the things I’ve been able to accomplish. But my journey is far from over, so there aren’t really any other big moments. Maybe I’ll update this when there are ;)
