Another perk of Healthy living

All nighters no longer make me sick to my stomach. Last year, when I had to stay up all night, I relied on sugar. Soda, candy, anything I could eat because I knew it would keep me going long enough to finish my work. The thing is, I knew I would crash and be miserable in class, but if I needed to stay up I didn’t care that much about the next day. And of course I’d Always be miserable, and feel physically sick.

But the yesterday after an all night, I was perfectly fine. A little tired, But it wasn’t so crushing. My mood wasn’t off the charts fantastic, but I also wasn’t miserable and bitchy. It was kind of awesome. And though I do plan on trying to get as much sleep as possible and don’t want to make all nighters a habit (but I’m in college so there are going to be quite a few) I’m not as terrified as I was about them c:

Day 25

30 day fitblr challenge day 25: How many hours do you get per day, on average?

I got too bed usually around 12ish, and wake up about 8ish, so about eight hours.

Day 8
I prefer mornings, so I can enjoy my endorphins. But if work doesn’t kill me I like to do a few reps of various tumblr workouts before beddy-bye time .)
