I support the message in the photo, but i don’t think fitspo is a problem. If anything, fitspo has helped me love and appreciate my body more than I ever have. I’m learning what I am capable of, how far I can go, what I love. I’m able to accept that I might not ever look like the swimsuit model type girls in the photos, and I no longer strive to. I have been introduced to amazing, supportive, and beautiful people. Some people have this idea that fitspo is all about looks and getting thin and looking tiny. But that’s not it at all. It’s all about being strong, healthy, and happy with who you are.
